Refund policy

Return Eligibility

Our return policy lasts 30 days. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible the item must be in the same condition that you received it which means it must be unworn and unused with tags and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Change of Mind

Please note that sales are final unless the item breaches a guarantee under the Consumer Guarantees Act. The Padel Shop is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind, if your circumstances change, or if you find cheaper products elsewhere

Non Returnable Items and Gift Cards

Certain items cannot be returned such as perishable goods, custom products, or personal care goods. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable liquids. Additionally we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund Process and Fees

All approved refund requests will attract a 5% administration charge. This covers payment provider fees and the labour required to process the refund.
Shipping costs for the return of the items will be deducted from the refund payment.
Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
