Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For all orders within New Zealand we offer the following shipping rates. Orders totaling NZD $50 or more qualify for free shipping. For all orders below NZD $50 a fixed shipping rate of NZD$ 9.60 applies. These charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. This excludes weekends and holidays. You will receive a separate notification once your order has officially shipped.
International Shipping and PO Boxes
At this time we do not offer international shipping. Furthermore we are unable to ship products to PO Boxes.
Checking Order Status
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the system. If you have not received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email please contact us at info@thepadelshop.co.nz with your name and order number.
Returns and Damages
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please note that refunds will be for the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If your order arrives damaged please email us immediately at info@thepadelshop.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item condition.
