Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

Section 6 Gift Vouchers and Cards

Digital gift cards are available for purchase on our site. These vouchers are not returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Information not from the sources: In accordance with standard New Zealand practice these vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. If a purchase does not use the full value of the gift card the remaining balance will stay on the card for future use until the expiry date. The Padel Shop Limited is not responsible for lost or stolen voucher codes.

Section 7 Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place. We may in our sole discretion limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per household. In the event we change or cancel an order we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email or billing address provided. You agree to provide current and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

We may provide you with access to third party tools over which we have no control. Use of such tools is at your own risk. Certain content or services may include materials from third parties.
