The Bullpadel Vertex 05 2027, the official racket of Juan Tello, is a high intermediate / advanced level padel racket designed for players who want a complete game rather than being locked into either attack or defence. Bullpadel describes it around its Total Play concept, combining stability, control, manoeuvrability and power in one versatile setup. 

Manageability

At 365 to 375g with an approximate balance point of 25.5 cm, the Vertex 05 combines a substantial playing weight with strong manoeuvrability. Bullpadel rates its manoeuvrability at 4 out of 5, making it particularly adaptable through transitions and quicker exchanges despite its professional level construction. 

The updated Vertex Core uses a more triangular structure to improve force distribution and reduce twisting and flexing during impact. Together with the optimised Curv:Aktiv system, this creates a more stable racket while improving energy transfer and helping the frame move more efficiently through the air. Bullpadel states that this aerodynamic system can reduce resistance and improve aerodynamics by up to 23%. 

Feel

The X-Tend Carbon 12K face gives the Vertex 05 an intermediate feel, positioned between outright hardness and softer comfort. Bullpadel describes the 12K carbon as offering an intermediate hardness that balances power and control, allowing the racket to remain responsive in attack while retaining stability in defence. 

Inside, the MultiEVA core uses three EVA layers of different densities. The firmer outer layers are designed to respond more strongly when you accelerate, while the softer inner layer improves tolerance and comfort on slower shots. This helps explain why the Vertex 05 can adapt naturally as the speed and demands of the rally change. 

The Top Spin finish adds a sand textured layer to the face, increasing interaction with the ball and helping you generate more pronounced spin on volleys, bandejas, slices and overheads.
